Matt G. Weil, Esq.
President of American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. joined as Legal Counsel in 2006. In 2011, Matt was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel. He manages corporate litigation, contracts, compliance, state filings, intellectual property, and other legal matters.
John A. Wendt
Senior Vice President – Claims Operations for American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. John has overseen the AGWS Call Center since its inception in 1998. Since his promotion in 2011 to Vice President of Claims and Underwriting, he has expanded the company’s support team and continues to oversee the Call Center.
James L. Coleman
Executive Vice President – Sales & Marketing for American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. Joined in 2021 with over 20 years of Executive Team Leadership as Chief Marketing and Enterprise Sales Officer for various national and global companies. Jim has extensive experience in corporate brand repositioning and expansion, company growth strategy execution with private equity and fortune 100 companies, as well as double digit sales growth and cross-selling expansion.
